Teplodar city council announces a competition for the identification of a private partner for the implementation of public-private partnership on the modernization of the auxiliary boiler in Teplodar town.<\/p>\n

The purpose of public-private partnership (hereinafter – PPP)<\/strong> is to improve the efficiency and reduce the consumption of natural gas for heating of existing and new enterprises in the industrial zone of the city with the possibility of supplying heat to Teplodar with the swap from the use of natural gas to alternative sources (biofuels).<\/p>\n

The PPP project<\/strong> – the property of a territorial community, located on the balance of the communal enterprise “Odeska \u041d\u0415S No 2” (a complex of boiler and auxiliary boiler, located in Teplodar at the address: Teplodar, 74 Kotelnyy proyizd) and other property that will be purchased by private a partner and transferred to the communal property under the terms of the contract concluded within the framework of the PPP.<\/p>\n

The term PPP<\/strong> is 15 years.<\/p>\n
